Do you love your Corvette but the parts keep breaking down? Are you wary of used parts and instead want to restore the parts that your Corvette already has? That’s one more way that we can help Corvette owners. Here at CS of MD West, we’re proud to offer a full line of Corvette restoration parts. We restore these parts ourselves at our facility. All work is done by our experienced pros. We may not be able to restore every part of your Corvette, but with our catalog and our experience, we can come quite close.
Speedometer and Tachometer Restoration Parts
We have years of experience in repairing, rebuilding, and restoring all of the tachometers used in Corvettes from the years of 1953 through 1974. Moreover, we stock all of the parts used in these tachometers. In fact, many of the parts we use we’ve reproduced ourselves. Speaking of meters for your Corvette, we can provide those same services for your Corvette speedometer, too. Whether your speedometer isn’t working, the needle is jumping, the pointer is broken, or even if it’s just looking tired, we can restore it so it works how you want.
Small Gauges
How are your battery and oil or fuel and temp gauges looking? Have they stopped working how you would like them to (or just flat out stopped working period?) We can help there, too. If you have a Corvette from the years of 1953-1962, we can restore them, individually as well as in pairs. If you’ve got individual gauges from the years of 1953 through 1976, we can repair those, too. 1968-1973 oil gauges and many other kinds: we know how important your gauges are to you and your car, so we can make them work right.
Wiper Motors
For more than three decades, we’ve offered different levels of wiper motor restoration services. When we say “we,” we don’t mean “you send your parts to us and then we send them to someone else to have the service performed.” No. We don’t exchange them or anything of that nature – we do all of the work ourselves right here, in our facility.
Headlight Motor
Corvette headlights, if you think about it, the electric motors always were in a tough spot. Built with a soft-cast main drive gear, they were always exposed to the elements (now for multiple decades). They were always susceptible to corrosion and other problems. We can restore your motors, right here in our shop. Just send them in to us and you’ll receive the same original motor when we’re done, only it’ll operate properly.
