On March 14th, the 1960-1962 Dash Inserts Arrive
In the middle of the month, we’ll offer Corvette dash inserts that are a completely new assembly. The days of trying to restore old parts are over, as these are more than ready to do the job. In fact, they’re ready to install as soon as they arrive. We didn’t reproduce part of the assembly, no, we reproduced the entire assembly. Just as you remember the originals, these have black letters with blue and red bars. By the time you’re reading this, these will very well be available, so it’s worth it to check them out.
Steel Wheels Rolling In
1963-1964 Corvette steel wheels were durable, sturdy, powerful, and stylish. However, if you try to find these amazing wheels today, so many of them are worn down by almost sixty years of wear and tear. To help, we recently got in a set of new reproduction steel wheels. Utilizing new tooling in their reproduction, these were made with exacting, precise detail. Just as with the original wheels, these have the nubs on the valve stem hole. No universal-type wheel here with all those shared parts, and so forth – these are only for Corvettes, for the most discerning Corvette owners.
Side Exhaust Covers (May Already Be Gone)
On the subject of more parts we began offering in March, we have 1965-1967 Corvette side exhaust covers as well as covers with upper mouldings. These have the strong definition throughout you would expect, in addition to accurate masking, paint detail, and more. Not only are the fiberglass heat shields securely bonded to the inside of the anodized aluminum covers, the heat shields are the proper dark gray color, too. These are just like the originals, so much so, in fact, that they can help with those all-important judging points.
